Paris Always Walk Independent Tours this 2 hour tour will take you from the oldest site of the city – St. Michel area, along the river Seine, Pont Neuf and Pont des Arts, famous Louvre Palace, until the magnificent Jardin des Tuileries, with unforgettable view on the Eiffel Tour and Champs – Elysees.

Client agrees and acknowledges that Paris Always Walk  Independent Tours shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft or damage whatsoever to any personal property brought on the Tour by Client, which may occur on or during the Tour. Client hereby expressly waives any claim which Client, Client’s heirs, successors, assigns, spouse, family members, or legal representatives may have against Paris Always Walk  Independent Tours arising from or as a result of any such loss, theft or damage. It is therefore understood that all personal property that Client brings on the Tour is brought at Client’s sole risk and is Client’s sole responsibility.

Client is accepted on tour on the understanding that this waver extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof.

Tour participants are welcome to take photos, videos, or audio recordings during the tour for personal, non-commercial use. However, photographing, filming, and/or making audio recordings of the tour guide is not permitted without the prior agreement of Paris Always Walk Tours management.

Any materials captured during the tour may not be used for commercial purposes (such as advertising, promotion, media production, or resale) without written authorization from Paris Always Walk Tours management.
